The Directors of the Company have made the decision to hold a physical Meeting on the basis that minimal shareholders attended the Company's general and annual general meetings in 2025, 2024 and 2023. Accordingly, shareholders will be able to attend the Meeting in person should they wish to do so.p.1
The Company will not be sending physical copies of the Notice of Meeting to shareholders (other than for shareholders who have requested to receive physical copies, which will be despatched to them). The Company strongly encourages shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the Meeting. Questions should also be submitted in advance of the Meeting as this will provide management with the best opportunity to prepare for the Meeting, for example by preparing answers in advance to shareholders' questions.p.1
It will be helpful for shareholders who wish to attend the Meeting in person to register their attendance by emailing info@pivotalmetals.com by no later than 2:00pm (AWST) on 23 November 2026 (Attendance Closing Date). This will greatly assist the Company to manage arrangements for the Meeting.p.1
